I had brought a 100 mbps plan but it did not give me good net..my WFH was a nightmare as I couldn't stay for 10 days also on this network...They literally drain you for money.. While installing they tell you that the installation is free and you will pay only plan amount and give your offers for 3-6 months..and when you ask for a refund then tell you that it gets lapsed..For 10 days of usage you loose all your 3 or 6 months amount..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have opted for 200mbps,6000 GB, 6 months plan, and even after many complaints I am not getting over 20-30 mbps. I sometimes do get 200 mbps but only at midnight, there is no use to it.
They are charging 11000 for my connection for 6 months and i not even getting half my value, so i wouldn't recommend u taking connection via you broadband.
They just don't have enough bandwidth and they keep taking new connections. So we just really bad internet speed.

They will cheat you and drain your money simply saying wrong commitments.find the pic.
They just disconnected my service 2 days before.
I have an unlimited data plan.
They committed 95 days unlimited 33MBPS plan.
All I got is 9.2Mbps.
And got this pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY DOESNT DESERVE 1 STAR. Customer service is not prompt. We have to drop mail to nodal/ appelate then they start working.
When there is fiber cut then they doesnt inform.
Most important they should provide individual power supply to all, common power supply just makes the chaos.
