★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You broadband used to be a great ISP, but now even of they will come to me for renewal of my subscription for free of cost, I won't take it. It would just be a liability. You can see how much I hate you broadband and what kind of services they must have provided me that I am not willing to renew my subscription for free. Rest you can decide.
Must say, quality of this ISP has become so poor that I don't even bother to raise a complaint. On an average internet will be down for 15 days in a month. I do not recommend this ISP at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Internet is down from 20 days and none of there technician has showed up. Worst customer care service, all you hear from them is complain has been escalated and will be resolved by back end team. Than again you call them, they will tell your complain has not been attended by back end team and management will look into it. But at the end of the day, you won’t see issue getting resolved just fake update. They are just after your money, once recharge is done - no one will hear you or resolve complain. They have this app to log complain, and it will automatically get cancelled without resolving issue.
Final comment - Don’t fall there trap, it is worst company in Surat to get internet from.
