★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE SERVICE. It's been over 15 days I ordered and when I called them, they said you should've called us before. THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ORDERS, DESPATCHES, DELIVERIES OR ANYTHING. Seems like a ridiculously lax store that doesn't care at all about customer satisfaction. I have been patient for over 15 days and requested that at least now they arrange delivery. Instead the woman on the phone is blaming me and asking me why I didn't check on my order before. They are also refusing to return my money because apparently their garment is "made to order" - which it is NOT because I just choose a standard size from the website. Order only if you want the WORST SERVICE, want to get blamed for their delay and then on top of that lose your money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Their service is very bad. I agree with the review that is mentioned below in the picture. They don’t care about the clients. We bought a suit before also which they claimed was customised and their design. After one month, the same suit was available in each and every shop in the market in 2500 rupees. Their dealing is super rude and bad. They have no record of any alterations, orders. My suit has been ordered for over two months. I can leave my advance money with them but cannot tolerate them anymore !! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. TIME AND MONEY WASTE.
