โ โ โ โ โ I bought a ladder from this company through their web site where they clearly had a 30 days return & refund policy. The day it was delivered, we tried it and did not like the size and quality and immediately called them and also wrote to them to collect back the ladder and arrange for the refund. They confirmed that they will do so. It took several phone calls and emails to follow up with them and finally they picked back the ladder after almost 10 days. Now, they are delaying the refund. I have been chasing their people and they keep giving some excuse or the other.
Beware of these cheats!!!
