1. There is main road nearby for those commuting via auto or needing bus, but metro station is few km away in other Dwarka sectors.
2. Building exteriors need maintenance, also because of ongoing construction to allow extension of covered area in flats.
3. More dust may come inside flats closer to main road - also because of ongoing construction. Things may improve after pending construction is over.
