I used Shreya for an image consultation, wardrobe review and personal shopping trip. The in home consultation was amazing, Shreya made me feel comfortable immediately and was extremely professional, thorough and specific to my needs. She gave specific recommendations and answered all of my questions and concerns. The personal shopping trip was amazing, I bought so many great items that I am so excited about wearing. Shreya knew the clothes, knew the shops, and knew the staff, she made it so much fun. I cannot thank you enough, I was absolutely thrilled. Working with Shreya was amazing, I was looking for an image make-over through which I wanted to present myself as an elegant and confident person. Hello All, I have taken consultation with Shreya Mam for personality development, professional skills and wardrobe review. In the first session she patiently listened to all my requirements and she came up with a plan to coach me based on my strength, weakness and my personality. I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every session and started applying those things in my personal and professional life. After the coaching session I feel more confident, and I get things done things in office easily. And the wardrobe makeover was amazing. She reviewed all my wardrobe and changed my wardrobe completely. I dress well and manage my professional and personal work very well. She is one stop solution for personality development. Unlike the first impression that Shreya portrays, Shreya was absolutely unclear about her schedules. Both my interactions were last minute confirmations. However, I did try to be understanding of her situation and took up the first paid session of 2200/-. That first session was supposed to be a detailed one, along with being a start to a series of sessions to address my ultimate goal. At the end of the first session, I was given a schedule to begin the sessions. I hadn’t heard from her despite multiple follow ups. After about 3 days, I finally receive her response via WhatsApp text that we’ll have to pause the plan cos she took up a new “certification courses”, and that she had a few busy weekends, which was extremely unprofessional and disappointing for the below reasons: 1. Why did she want to do the first detailed study at all, in that case? I went ahead and make the 2200/- payment based just for me to be able to explain my requirement better. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have opted for it at all. Because, nobody will want to open up and talk about their goals and coaching plan unless they know that the person is willing to coach. 2. She mentioned that she has a full time corporate job, and hence had really tight schedules. I asked at least about 3 times - whether she can take time out from her job for this. Her response was “Yes, of course. I wouldn’t spend even this time otherwise”. What’s the point of trying to do a job and this by the side if she is unable to balance the two. Ultimately, it is the person who approaches for help that’s being betrayed. 3. She took a couple of days to let me know, despite my constant follow ups there was no response. 4. It is a responsibility and a commitment that coaches give someone who seeks support. A coach cannot plan around with the emotions and feelings of someone who’s looking to be coached, particularly after making commitments and giving hope. I request everyone to not fall for the way Shreya portrays herself with her dressing style, talking style, body language etc. Plus, don’t fall for fancy words like - Case history analysis/report - Customised session plan - Strength profiling - Emotional Intelligence mapping - Stakeholder profiling etc. These sound very promising, but the final document/report I received was a basic, generic document which is nothing more than what one would know of self. I am shocked by how confidently Shreya portrays herself to be a coach/image consultant when she can’t manage her own schedules well. I hope this review helps people not fall in the same situation that I did. Do not go by the way one comes across with looks and style of talking, body language etc. A good coach and professional is way more than that. I thought I could add screenshots, but I think I’ll skip doing that for this time, unless there’s a need to share proofs. Extremely disappointed.
