★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is pretty high according to me , but amenities are top of the class ,but there are few issue
1. no market near (3km far)
2. approach is not that great ,you have to go inside a street but street are well maintained so no issue in rainy season.
3.they provide jio fi which means that you can only use 1or 1.5 gb perday
if these issue are not deal breaker for you then go ahead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hostel is all about “Big name ,zero game “ the management is inefficient and for any problem they play the blame game of blaming the hierarchy ,even when it comes to the returning of the security money they make all kind of stories to not give the money the food is below average with half cooked rotis being served and when asked for any service o regarding repairing or anything it’s not dealt properly they shamelessly ask for rent but the service provided is PATHETIC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge is expensive as compared to service. Staff rude and ill mannerd. Food not good always comprise on food stuff. Overall experience worst. Don't prefer this there are other better pg around.

And the rooms were have all the facilities that they should posses ie
1. Proper beds
2.Neat and clean washrooms
3.proper almirahs
4.Ac
5.study table
6. Book shelf racks
In coridor there was
1.coffie maker
2.wending machines
3.water coller
Plus Gym,playing area (pool),dining area and lifts....
I personally liked it very much but the only thing which I thought was bit thinking for me was that we need to pay -
3 month's rent +1 month security in advance
Single room was 24000 rs
And double room was 13500 rs
.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor management. They're very rude and almost all their services are below average. They also harass you by not giving back your security deposit. They don't communicate and no one takes responsibility of their due diligence.
This is pure Robbery of our hard earned money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is awesome. But too expensive, independent room costs 20k and sharing room costs 12k. You can get a comparable PG in lesser cost. So 4 stars for price otherwise no issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most pathetic pg I have ever seen.After living here for almost 3 years they do not even have the courtesy to return the security amount.
They took my 11000 rupees as a security amount and didn't returned it. Although I left the property before the commencement of coming month,they still didn't returned the amount and said that it's not the policy of the company.
They are the most money Hungry and only money minded people.They always harasses the students by explaining their stupid policies.
I don't even feel like giving even 1 star.
Please think 10 times or even more before coming to this pathetic pg or hostel.
