The best thing about cake is that it taste as good as it looks. Most fondant cakes have thick layer on the top which makes it taste very sweet . The team managed to coat the cake with thin fondant and they reduced the sugar inside the cake to balance the sweetness of outside the cake. That was brilliant. The artwork on the cake and visual appeal was just amazing too. Great work team!
