★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place for easy and comfortable living on reasonable price you even get a open view of the newly made highway(Used by people for going on long walks as not in use currently) and many more transformed infrastructure which provides a soothing view from the balcony of the PG. No rok tok(Don't get into nasty stuff) just keep kaam se kaam and live happily freedom is wat you get the rooftop gives a pleasent environment at dusk & A dawn and even at night you will find alot of students who are there for preparations (SSC /Civil Services/Armed Forces/bla bla bla...) Express padhaku types and yes when it comes to sanitation proper clean toilets and washrooms with regular water and electricity supply. You get a joint kitchen as per your usage you will have to manage. There are cameras all over the gallary and stairs so (Upar wala sab dekh raha hai) In short the place is worth opting for a student or a single working class guy. Nearby flooding and stationary shops are also available within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place to have something muslim non veg dishes as this place is bit popular for that but I got late and reached there after 10 at night and only 1 local rehdi shop was open. It was offering sik kabaab and chicken leg piece roasted. We ordered for 2 chicken roasted leg piece and rumali roti and its cost was Rs.160. The seller is well known in the market and quality of the items were also fine. We haf a good experience.
