★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst apartment complex in Baner area with read bad management. No water every year in summer time. This year people are getting water only for 4 hours a day and people are forced to live like a remote village. Many people are trying to sell and rent out apartment but not able to because of very bad name of society now.

It has gym,swimming pool, basketball court+tennis court,badminton court, table tennis court and a big ground in the center .
Lots of parking space.
Children play area and a temple .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management.. too much attitude and arrogant management people.. as they think they are the boss / owner of property.???.. worst road not properly maintain.. garden also not maintain properly.... ???Not much playing area for kids...
Security only roaming here and there... Parking maintaining issue...
Many dengue patient found in apartment...
