★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Happened with my brother 2 years ago so posting this review with a different account. Coincidentally we both got scammed by same shop and decided not to tell anyone in the family until too late)
My father's phone (Moto X4)(waterproof)(few days out of warranty) had negligible amount of water spill upon it which my father didn't noticed till 15-20 mins. And its charging port's end got a slight copper blue in colour(btw copper rusts blue). It showed no signs internal damage and was working fine after drying but was charging very very slow 1% in 2 hours. My brother luckily was able to backup the data before the phone switched off due to slow charging and low battery. So, my brother gave my father's phone here for repair at this shop. They took 4 days to respond and told him motherboard was damaged (obviously lying) and would cost ~₹5-8K for repair.
My brother refused for the repair and told them he would pickup the phone after 21 days as he was out of station for 3 weeks and asked of it was okay, they said it would be alright and he would just have to pay ~₹350 for the checkup when collecting the phone. He got home early (after 16 days) he visited the shop the next day and upon asking for the phone they very rudely told him it was misplaced by them and it was my brother's fault that he didn't come to collect the phone untill the 17th day. My brother was silently listening to their loud yelling. After a few minutes when some customers overheard the one-sided conversation between their so called"professional staff" and my brother anr supported my brother and demanded for proper answers. As it got a little crowdy someone (manager or similarly high ranking staff) overstepped. He took my brother aside from those customers and gave ₹1000 compensation (for the 20K smartphone still currently priced ₹16K) my brother having no option left took the money and left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Runs a SCAM.Back in 2017-18, My phone (moto g5 plus 10 months old) clearly had a power button issue (rubber lining which pushes the button out after pressing)(so the power button was stuck in which made the phone restart every after 5-10 seconds) their so called "professionals" told me that there is water damage, the phone's motherboard neads to be changed and will cost around 4-5K and wouldn't cover in warranty. I refused, took my phone back, paid them as they charged me around ₹250 for the "so called" checkup. Then i decided to visit a local shop(non-authorised but still a good one) told them what's wrong with the phone. And got that rubber lining replaced for just ₹350. And after that day phone still runs pretty good after ~3 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unauthorised service centre No sense to talk with customer Don't pick phones you have to frequently visit party of those idiots *it was more of a warehouse then service centre* Realme engineer was called to come at centre he was not present came from neighbour city took one hour to arrive at centre
And then real drama started....
But THEY TRIED TO ROB ME by saying my device has Water damage although it wasn't dropped in water they applied some white thing around edges and said it's Salt from water they even Manipulated the moisture detector told me I will have to buy new Motherboard for 10k & 12k and when I said them I don't want your service they applied Double tripple Gum to fit back panel so no one can open it I'm sure they wanted to Rob me I request Realme service centre to take strict action against this robbers.
Please do not go to this junks I rate them infinity in proportional... 1/♾️

Key pade mobile not repairable and go for repair where you were bought this. Totally disappointed by Nokia service center.
