★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had horrible experience with this person. Very rude & unprofessional and was nasty in his behavior. He didn't budge despite multiple requests to hand over the laptop as I didn't have the receipt but said I would give in 10 mins after going home. He seems to have gotten the procedures all wrong and kept insisting on the hard copy of the receipt where as he could have done other verifications. He looks at his customer as someone who simply comes there to steal the laptops. In this digital era, manual receipts bear no value that too just signed and not authenticated.
Their service is also not good. Last time they supplied spurious cable that caught fire at home, putting my daughter's life at risk.
i will never go there again. Had gone there thinking one time experience can't be a base for a conclusion.

I was immensely glad to come across Zacotek Tec Solution. They were immensely cooperative and fixed my laptop in just about 3-4 hours when everyone was asking me deposit my laptop for 2-3 days. This is the go-to-place for your laptop/desktop. Very professional in attitude. No over charging. I am able to work on my system now because of them.

It was important to get the printer service as it was my daughter 10th standard board exam that too physics and need to take many prints to give her test to understand her level of understanding she has learnt. ...
If the printer was not service just think what we had to under go.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a laptop charger issue and a printer issue. Decided to go zacotek and see if they can help. This guy is amazing, patient and honest. These days it is hard to trust people with software, hardware issues as we have limited knowledge about them and people tend to cheat us pretty easily. But this place is different, they take their time and have reasonable pricing also.I would definitely recommend this place for your hardware software problems.

Guys, he may be reasonable in rate but be careful that if your part is replaced you will be incurring much more cost than the reasonable rate you will be paying to him. If you need audio details, ping me and i will provide to you. Think twice before going to him.
