β β β β β Horrible decision that we came to this place. There were no proper service . We have to wait for 1 hrs to get our food on plate. I will suggest people not to go there unless they have to waste time

β β β β β Very unprofessional staffs, poor service, and food quality is worst. When you will complain to owner, intead of accepting it, they were rude. Haven't seen worst restaurant than this.

β β β β β Taste of food is authentic. I love the aroma and flavours of the Zaiqa Spl Hyderabadi Biryani and also tandoori chicken was little crispy from outside and juicy from inside. A great place for family dinner.

β β β β β An easily locatable restaurant at the prime location of Saguna More with huge boarding.
I had thought of visiting for long time and was expecting it to be the best.
First of all, service and waiting time could have been way lesser as it was just three of us in restaurant.
Second, food has taste but not even close to the what it should be.
Food was just ok. Hot and sour soup was like blend of tomato and chicken soup. Had a distinguish taste which was fine but not like hot and sour we had anywhere else.
Hyderabadi chicken biryani had uncooked rice and was more like chicken tawa pulav. Had some eatable taste but not of Hyderabadi dum biryani. One plate is good for one person only. First time ever, I had to pay 45-50 for raita which should come with biryani by default.
Hopefully No Telugu or Hyderabadi person wish to eat biryani here.
Not recommended at all.
