★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location on IGNOU road with a lot of car services available here. The work is more or less satisfactory but could be improved further. not happy with the last service when new brake pads were installed as the braking create some irritating noise and they fixed it but the noise is still there.

The sales representative sold me the coupon at my home to get the car services related and told me that the car will be picked from my home. When I called to the service center, Mr. Zaid Azmi rejected to pick the car and told me it is mentioned into the coupon not to pick the car for any other work except servicing which is not mentioned in the given coupons. We had a warm discussion over the telephone and he asked me to come visit the the service center personally. I tried to calling the sales representative but his number was switch off. Mr. Zaid also denied to return the amount at any cost. Zaira Motors's sales representatives roaming in my the whole residentials area and selling the brochures and coupons to everyone and making the fake commitment.
I know one thing very clear, this review is not gonna effect their businesses but I cannot sit back and watch being looted.
I also made a complaint at Consumer Court with the Grievance Number 2347445, and I hope my 1500/- would be returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was send my car for servicing, after returned the car, they handed over the bill of amount Rs. 7500/-(approx). But from the next day I feel the stiffness in steering and some leckage of violent along with lubricant at the floor. I told them 2-3 times to check the issues, bit they are denied that the mistakes made by them and not send any mechanic to me.
really unprofessional behavior and money making cheap mentality. I will never ever choose them not even suggest

The owner of the workshop is so professional and updated with latest equipments. Also, they have amazing membership offers which reduced the overall cost for service. Do visit the workshop for best service.
