Complete mismanagement and chaos,rude behavior from the owner of the pharmacy when I went to buy medicine...they will make you wait indefinitely there for medicine... You can't even talk to the person who is giving you the medication... You have to wait outside and your query will be unanswered... I was told not to disturb them coz they are short of staff... The reception can barely accomodate 10 person... You have to stand in queue to get your turn... You can't even stand there... Completely unprofessional to say the least...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost service...there is no system about organis a clinic... Dr. Subir Saha is very good.. but suggest to all Dr. Saha is attend many clinics not only zaman. .so don't west your time here...contact other clinic for Dr. Subir Saha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly unprofessional. Took an appointment for my pregnant wife for consultation with Dr. Siuli Choudhury. We were asked to come at 4 pm sharp. We called them many times to be sure the appointment time will be maintained and they said everything is on schedule. When we reached there we were asked to wait as the doctor did not arrive. But no news of doc for half an hour. When we asked at the reception again, they said they do not have the contact number of the doctor and trying to collect it and call the doctor, then they said they are not even sure if the doctor is coming or not. Finally, after waiting for an hour we left. My pregnant wife had to seat there for an hour just to return home with no result.
