★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very much regret to write that, I have Ordered some goods online from Zandu on 1/8/20 and Order no. ZN 4598 issued.
But, till this day neither goods are delivered to me nor My Paid Money Returned to my account.
As per their online order site, to place order, I had to pay, prior payments.
Even after several conversations over phone with their Customer Care and more than 10 email conversations, they did not cared customers grievance and paid no heed.
I have requested them to return my paid money, even after 24 days.
I did not find any responsible Officials from the Company end to take initiative to resolve.
Now, considering the whole fact, I think this is the way they pick money from several customers acceoss and wants to Retain all such money to use for their business purposes.
Therefore, I would like to draw attention of all future customers to think paying any payments before you get delivery of your goods. In the other Pay Cash on Delivery, COD.
I have tried to draw kind attention of Company's Highest Authority to resolve this issue.
Once again, I would like to draw kind attention of Highest Authority to pay my money back.
