Mr. Zubin is fine gentleman who gives you professional advice and the best solutions for your car with his vast experience. His efficient team ensures every aspect of your car is thoroughly checked through service advisors Technician Altaf has been very patient and very particular in rectifying even minor engine noises which may have not been noticed by laymen.

3)As this was my car’s 1st service here, all services offered were explained with a quick tour of shop & services given by team with spares/supplies used, which was comforting
4)The work to be done was explained well and estimate was given
5)Vehicle serviced & kept ready same day.
The service experience was good & now will be observing the effectiveness of service in coming months.

Mr Zubin the owner is always at hand to arrange anything to need and also gave me his number for out of hours help which for me was a great comfort as I don’t leave here but in UK He gives personal attention to all the work required and the team is very helpful in whatever you want done. I have a 2014 XVU500 and just had a full service and valet. I couldn’t believe the results when I collected it as it was like the day I bought it He also regularly maintains the car when I am overseas by collecting and keeping it 100% perfect. Would highly recommend them for whatever your car needs as I can’t praise them enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing customer experience at Zap auto, thanks to the genuine helpfulness and sincerity of Zubin.
My car had developed a minor dent and I was looking for an auto garage, to get it attended to. I had already spoken to the authorised service centre (of Honda), who had, expectedly, suggested unnecessary procedures and provided an obnoxious quote for it.
That's when I reached out to Zubin at Zap auto through the contact details on Google Maps. Not only did Zubin very helpfully ask me to send over the photo of the affected area of the car over whatsapp, he also responded immediately asking me to take the car over and sent over the map location details.
When I went over to the service location, Zubin greeted me warmly and personally attended to my car by sorted out the dent with a suction pump - all in a matter of minutes.
When I offered to pay or even purchase something, Zubin flatly refused given it was a minor dent and the suction sorted it out (pre and post photos attached). I can think of a 100 other centres who would have latched on to such an opportunity to make a quick buck.
This auto service's customer centricity and sincerity shone through, and it is experiences such as these, which win the customer over.
While I have rarely used centres outside of the authorised ones earlier, this experience has ensured that I would reach out to Zubin / Zap Auto , whenever I have a car issue the next time around - since I have the full faith and trust in them to do what is right .
