★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, if your looking to a rent or buy a flat in this Society you would get station, hospital, market and even masjid at a 5 min walkable distance. Houses are good no water or electricity problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is in the heart area in Bandra but it is not at all maintained.. it seems it's more than a decade the building was painted n plastered. No responsible governance. There has been illegal encroachment all over at bazar road side.

However, it needs a bit of maintenance, seems the builder isn't bothered about giving it a time-to-time maintenance and the convenience to the residents. And slums at the back of this society don't create much of a view despite the fantastic location.
