Also, we ordered fried rice with chilli paneer, it was delicious and service is amazing and must try! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here to try their authentic Kashmiri food were floored by their Ambiance and Hospitality.
We received such a royal treatment, with well behaved staff, Kashmiri Daawat & Tehzeeb with the Dastar Khan experience.
Had to be this perfect and authentic as their chefs Babloo, Rafiq and others are from Kashmir and half of their staff is also from Kashmir.
Started with a drink called Mashroob E Babri which is a refreshing sweet lemony soda based drink with lots of pudina, chia seeds and pomegranate.
For starters we tried their Zarpar spl Chicken Kanti which was spicy chicken, more chatpata with onion sides.. it's taste was unlike we had ever tried ...
and Chicken Roast was succulent as in the end it's fried a bit in butter as well
For mains we tried Mutton Korma which is made spicy like they do it in Kashmir or like Laal Maas in Rajasthan but we tried the medium spicy one which was soooo yummy and rich, it did remind me of Nalli Nihari that you get in Mumbai..Had that with authentic Kashmiri Khamiri Roti which is made up of yeast that has milk used in it.. amazement !
For dessert, we tried their Kheer which was so perfect that I ordered 1 more !
It was a worthwhile experience and a must try place if you are in Jaipur. Ended our experience when the manager made us try Kashmiri Poshakh and jewelry ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Kashmiri cuisine restaurant in the city to visit with family or friends. They have authentic Kashmiri dishes and plans to add more cuisine to their menu. ?
The ambience is really good with Kashmiri names used to depict different sections in the restaurant. They have private dining room (called PariMahal) for 35-40 people where parties can be arranged. They have a small shop having Kashmiri handicraft items. Main dining hall is called Dewan Khana. Ample parking space is also available.
We tried the following things there (veg)-
1) Mashroob e babri welcome drink
2) Nadur monj (Fried Lotus Stem)
3) Chatpata aloo
4) Kashmiri dumaloo
5) Gulmarg paneer
6) Kashmiri rajma
7) Bakirkhani
8) Khameeri
Everything was so amazing that it made the day. ? Loved the taste and flavours of Kashmiri cuisine.

They opened as a Kashmiri restaurant few years back and instantly became my favourite! I would go there for all special occasions and hog on the scrumptious Kashmiri food. My order would literally be the same every time - Mashroob E Babri, Mutton Rista, Chicken Goshtaba & Khameeri Roti.
I hadn’t visited @zarparrestaurant since 3 years but decided to go again because they seem to have added more dishes (Non-Kashmiri) to their menu to cater to more people.
The ambiance is still the same and truly beautiful. They have an indoor restaurant where you have 2 types of seating. They also have a “Shikara” boat-style area which is just mesmerising!
Coming to the menu, I was really impressed to see the additions of so many new dishes and decided to move past my regular order and try new dishes. I ended up trying quite a lot. Everything was on point and top notch! They don’t compromise on taste or quality and it’s pretty evident with their food!
