They took an advance and then did not respond for months. When they finally did respond after months, the work was already done by someone else. Instead of returning the advance, they keep following up for payment when the work did not even start! Shameless people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't join this company, This is a web designing BPO Company include Teach support jobs and Target based job. No Design team or CTO is there. Everything done from your side. Sometimes 7 working days in a week there.
You are mainting all the things like take payment from clients, gather the information from clients, support the clients. This is not suitable for a developer or desinger or a Btech students.
One more things they are destory the IT market providing there cheap rate services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a very unprofessional and they don't keep their commitment,don't care about coustomer need.they don't value about coustomer time.I have given order to zauca but as par the commitment they have not complete my project and when I ask for refund they play with me and not refunded,it's already 6month no body recieve my call and when I msg ,they again saying same drama raise complain,what is this. Don't take any service from zauca.Its my recent bad experience with Zauca. Don't Waist your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customers service ever! I am struggling to run my business as Zauca said it will give me unlimited space under its gold pack but that was a scam. After adding 3 to 4 products , I was unable to add new products. On raising tickets , no one responds, I raised 3 tickets on the same issue over 3 weeks and nobody resolved it. Worst is they have stopped/block my calls as well on the sales support number. Now I am losing business, I cant new products, I have paid them and I have no one to help me get out of this situation. Save your business and do not go for zauca.
