★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL, THIS COMPANY CAN FIRE YOU WHENEVER THEY WANT. As well as they will deduct large amount from your salary with multiple reasons such as late coming to office or missed to apply leave in portal etc. this is very small scale organisation with limited small projects which can shutdown anytime. micro management and harressment of employees is everyday task in this company. HR and hiring manager can give false promises and good salary hike to join them but dont get attracted towards the same. There is much politics within the teams and employees who have closer relations to manager only those can get good career opportunities.
SO OVERALL SUGGETION IS BETTER STAY AT HOME BUT DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its actually a 9 year old review. Back in 2010, when I was a fresher searching for a job, this company offered me a job for XML and HTML. Waited for the whole day for the interview, I was selected by them under the terms that I shall work from morning 7 to evening 7, for the first 6 months, with just 2000 Rs salary a month.
At that time I was paying 1500 Rs a month just as my room rent !
Offering such a low pay, just because of a person's need !!

Please never join this Company.
Very much inexperienced Management.
They have really small projects and can fire you at any time after their requirement is over may be that can be just from the month you join as well.
HR policies are really worst.
Inexperienced staff specially some Team lead and Managers.
People who don't even have core technical knowledge are given opportunities to handle the team... With such a pathetic Experience.
All Donkey work going on.
Think multiple times before joining such a small scale company.

Excellent and safe workplace for diversity. Management with HR thrive for team building activities like company get together, cricket, rangoli competition etc. IT projects are dynamic. If it closes by chance, people have ease to find job based on project work experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined last year as a fresher and within a less time, I was made a permanent employee. Having a great experience with zCon Solutions and I am part of Sales team. The work culture is too good and people are friendly, always supporting.
For beginners, the company provides ample opportunities to learn & growth.
Technical point of view, i can say by seeing the number of ongoing projects, zCon has the ability/capability to solve business problems as they have a many experts spread across various technologies.
One of the things that impressed me the most is Top management is directly connected not only to team leaders but also to team members. They practice a flat hierarchy (I am a fresher but access the CEO anytime if required).
