★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best products to be brought, high performance, and grate guarantee if product gets dammage within a year straight replacement no need to wtng for parts to be replaced.... ? Good experience, parking is a issue there as in lockdown can't take train to reach kalyan.... Need to take our vehicle......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service Center is very small literally 4by4 space , I recently visited due to my mouse issue and every time I got the product repaired there was some another fault which takes literally 1-1 month to be fixed so I did not had a mouse for 2 months. Trash service totally not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my monitor and submitted to this center they just changed the display with duplicate parts and said we are replacing your monitor there are dents and scratches all over the monitor such a pathetic service.

Very poor service they gave a number to contact but they are not picking up the call. They also gave a job no and told to whatsapp the job no on the contact number given they are also not risponding on whatsapp.
I am not able to know about the status of my warenty claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center I have ever visited. Made me wait for 1 hour for no reason since there was no one waiting ahead of me and then told me that they can't provide replcaement since the product isn't available with them. Switching from zebronics altogether.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zebronics service center kalyan is at a walkable distance from kalyan station is located within sudhanshu chambers building A wing 3rd floor next to vikas restaurant and bar. Visited on 29 April 2022 for replacement of motherboard under warranty you will require bill of product and then wait for replacement product if not available they will get it from chennai outlet i had to wait for more than a week for my replacement product due to logistics delay from DHL otherwise it was a smooth process. Responsive staff good experience 5 stars
