★ ★ ★ ★ ★ utterly dissapointed with zedds. have been a customer for almost ten years ,but recently have been going through really bad experiences. The colour of the kurtis r running out totally especially the embroidered ones just after one wash. This has happened for the second time with me ,though the first time the shop replaced the kurti with a new one. The same problem happened again with another piece which costs around rs. 1000. Want to ask the authority concerned that will they entertain customers who come back with a defective piece of garment?Why would any customer want to do that? What about the reputation of the shop?Aren't they responsible for the inferior quality of clothing that they r selling to the customers who have been a part of the zedds family for so long? Really dissapointed,Zedds
