★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had them change the internals of my front suspension of my Dominar 400 2018 model as I found stock too hard for my linking. The final product is a huge improvement. The front of the motorcycle now glides over potholes where as the stock ensured I felt it hard in my arms. Another great thing for me is, when taking a turn on an unpaved road(there are a few), the front tire stays in contact with the ground longer due to softer suspension allowing me to carry a bit more speed into a corner confidently.
For any suspension mods I recommend them :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely horrible time dealing with these folks.
1. The parts came a whole month after I ordered. The reason given was that supplies got delayed due to the lockdown (which had ended a couple of months back). As a result, I was not able to get the suspensions installed for a ride I had planned.
2. Which was a good thing, because within a week the rear suspension broke for an unknown reason, leaking out the oil within. I had hardly ridden it for 200 kms, that too in city/highway conditions.
3. They helped me with a replacement, which I had to spend again to get installed.
4. They requested that I send the damaged suspension back for their inspection which I did. Then again till now I've not got the reimbursement for the courier charges, despite me sharing my details as soon as I had done the courier.
5. Same thing with the invoice - invoice was sent on 30th December for the order placed on 14th November. Also, I had to request for it.
Delays seem to be the name of the game with this company. The product itself may or may not be good (personally, I have not felt it is worth the Rs.22000 I paid), but I would rather bear the pain of the stock suspension rather than buy from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want something more from your bikes suspension then Zedling Suspensions is the place to be the have a wide range of suspensions for various model bikes from touring purpose to dirt bike racing purpose tje make all types of suspensions according to your needs they design the suspension setup in such a way that it is in sync with the riders weight.
Their products are serviceable and tunable height can be adjusted along with compressing n damping.
With their product u just feel like you are gliding over the offroad.
All I would say is Zedling Suspension is the best thing money can buy for your biking experience.
