★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed automated secure lock system for main door of my new home, but start creating problems within 9 months, the technical teams visited 2-3 times, but not able to solve the problems, and replaced it with their sample lock and for 9 months my original lock is not repaired, and the sample lock also started creating problems, and no one is responding
It's a horrible experience
Never buy any products, because they take 9 months to repair one lock, how much they need to produce the new one
Not recommended, we have tried to go for vocal for local, and did not buy it from foreign companies like yell, and samsung, paid same amount considering make in India, but it's based on china and the company people are totally irresponsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a poor distribution network. Their distribution partner named Shabd took advance for a smart lock and didn’t return the money after the order couldn’t be procured from Zemote. I contacted the company through email but got no response.
