★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had to review pre-covid probably would have given a good review as I got good services considering their old staff. Current staff some are new. However this time, availed their pedicure services. Firstly the staff who did the pedicure were in a hurry. Secondly when we asked for gelish nail paints, full staff is unaware of its application. In one day my gelish nail paint came off when it is suppose to last minimum 15 days and went to Zenia to get it redone. Was told the nail paint was old and had a doubt that it would stay. She reapplied a new one. As for my sister nail paint came off in two days and she was asked to come twice to reapply it but each time she gave new reasons that it’s not protocol to reapply it and all. Quite u happy with service. This is highly unprofessional and seems extremely disrespectful towards customers. Would have appreciated if she could accept the problem and find a solution for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have heard a lot about Zenia's and the owner Parizad. So decided to give it a go for my hair streaks, manicure and pedicure. I'm absolutely in love with the end result of my streaks. Parizad absolutely knew which color streaks would look good on me and I just went by her word.
I'm very very satisfied and happy with the way my hair looks. Parizad is too good. My mom and friends gave me so many compliments.
The manicure pedicure was a good relaxation.
Good hygiene standards and staff was also very humble and gave very good service.
Walked out very satisfied and happy with a total hair make-over that I'm in love with.
Will definitely be visiting again and I highly recommend this place.

I had a horrible experience with the owner. I went to get my hair done and the owner first misquoted the price saying a simple ponytail would cost 1500 and then asked for 2500, took an additonal 1500 for the extension, fine i paid it. However all i asked her was to puff it more, she started complaining...i said its okay. When i went to return the hair extension she again went nuts saying it wasn't returned in perfect condition when all i did was wear it for 2 hours!! She refused to return my deposit and started yelling, she is such a bad owner and horrible customer service. I would suggest go to a salon that treats you well, money is not a concern but attitude is most important when running a business. I have done several services for years and no thanks to any of the thousands of rupees spent here. This lady should go see a therapist, she is seriously lost her brains and has no idea how to run a salon!!! Even the services are not great, facials, gel nails, eyebrows all mediocre but it was across from my home so i would go there but never again after my last experience. Go anywhere but not here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude and always in a hurry and bad mouthing their boss amongst themselves. They are least interested in doing their job properly. They did such terrible waxing my skin is red and peeled off and hurting and I am on antibiotics. This is the worst experience I've had in a salon.

I came to Parizad after a bad haircut from a well known branded salon. Her knowledge, skills and talent truly beats the other so called well known brands in the business. She gave me time and explained the adjustments that would have to be made and I went by her recommendation and I am so happy with the way she has salvaged my hair without compromising on tye length or volume of my hair. My husband, kids and mother in law loved my new look, all thanks to Parizad. I was very happy with the waxing, mani and pedi services too. Impressed and happy with the cleanliness and hygiene measures taken during the services. The staff that attended me took great care of my hypersensitive skin and was very gentle with my waxing. Mani pedi experience was lovely and relaxing too. Definitely coming back and surely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My reviews are mixed. Depends on the staff that is treating you. I usually don’t write reviews if I am happy. I have been here before and treated by a different staff who was friendly and had a listening ear. However, the short girl who provides service I feel is always in a hurry and does not do a good job. This was my second time with her. For instance, I went for threading and after I come home I see hair that I still need to pluck as it was not done properly. Also they never put any cooling cream/gel on face after threading or waxing face. And whenever you tell the short girl anything she always defends it and has a very non welcoming attitude and a bit rude attitude. Also she uses one wax strip for full hand and underarms which I feel is a bit disgusting. Online too it says to not use one wax strip more that 3 times on an area. I don’t know if it’s a salon norm or a personal choice on how many strips they can use but it’s a bit stingy and disgusting on their end to use one strip for one full area.
