★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is getting worst day by day, Pharmacist is not picking the call and even not reply on whats app message. if they receive the call by chance then they will tell that i will check the medical inventory and let you know, but after you will not get any response from their side.
I have waited at least 10 to 12 hour for their response, but no response came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very sad to share a review of generico in new Panvel.
Once such an effective place to get medicine , now has lost all the credibility and is equivalent to other chemist in the location.
Especially the females working there.... It's totally pointless going all the way just to get petty discount.
Although I must say that it was totally worth couple of years back. The staff were helpful, kind initially.
With time it seems everything looses it's value , same thing happened to this place too.

I had order some medicine even the customer attendent in store noted down my required in my register mobile no. By after 15 days of continues follow up they had not yet deliver, forget about delivery I had personally visited store more then 3 times each time when I visit they says " medicine is showing in Stock but we had misplace it " Then after giving false assurance that they will delivery to my home in 2-4 hrs.
I hope management will look after this and change staff....
