Pros:
Great company with an amazing culture. You work hard, the pace is fast, expectations are high, and change is constant, but Zentek really looks after its employees and provides a diverse array of opportunities for self-development, cross-functional training and career growth. The CEO meets with all employees and answers anyone's questions. Most people here are energetic and passionate about their work and seriously focused on making an impact. The work environment is physically (and culturally) very open. Work/life balance is respected and encouraged and you have the flexibility to work in the way that best matches your individual style and needs. Face-to-face communication is highly valued but meetings are generally focused on not time-wasting activities. Anyone can suggest a new feature or improvement and be part of the team that makes it happen. There is a lot of opportunity for high performers to grow their careers. The compensation, benefits and perks are truly above par. One of the most important things for me is the open culture and the way Zentek encourages employees to find and be our authentic selves, and to listen to the voices of others who may be different from ourselves. The company works very hard to create a diverse and welcoming environment for all.
Cons:
Work can sometimes be overwhelming for some people. However, to me, it seems like it is a product of their own working style. No doubt, here is a lot of work going on at a rapid pace, but you are always free to complete it at your own pace and your team is always there, ready to help you
Advice to Management:
Keep doing what you are doing. Employees are the key to the success of Zentek and making them feel important is what has kept the company going till now.
The DNA of Zentek consists of the best of the people out here. Maintain it that way and never lower the bar for hiring new employees.

Zentek provides number of benefits to employees and takes care of all aspects of work life balance.I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.The culture is young, dynamic, but not reckless. Management is open with all employees and and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees.
Zentek is not only a great place to begin any career, it is also a wonderful place to develop a successful career.Great benefits, hands on training, very competitive pay rates and the people are just great! The corporate culture is relaxed while there is a major feeling of being a part of a team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me Zentek was a spectacular company to work with because the aura of positivism which entire team had was just poetry in motion. As company was in the mode of expansion management punched above their weight in order to establish good corporate culture and all around development vacuum inside company.
Pros :
1) Company is owned by highly motivated and enthusiastic person which certainly raise the bar in terms of all around development.
2) Excellent facilities to grow and learn under one roof.
Cons :
1) PAN India absence in terms of requirements in domestic division.

Received a great welcome at basant dhaba with pals.
The decor is a stunning mix of luxury, and modernity.
Excellent good great service, good atmosphere what else you want ,one of the best rest on NH 8. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner. Play zone for kids keeps you entertained while waiting for your order. And do try their famous masala dosa.
