Ft yoga studio, zumba classes , traditional and power yoga classes, therapeutic yoga and meditation classes, stress management classes, in the presence of a general physician, dietician, doctor, and physiotherapist, massages and steam baths are also available, this has to be the most valuable gym in Howrah, the proper health guide to a better and a fitter life.

Fee: It is moderate and the additional offers are available.
Facilities: Yoga Studio, Zumba, Dietitians, Steam Baths and Doctors.
My experience: Being healthy right now should be a priority for everyone, I have been searching for a good workout facility for a long time and it was in yhe beginning of this year that I took admission here. The trainers here are well equipped and educated, it benefited me greatly as only after two months I find myself healthier and fit. The crowd here also is extremely decent and that is something I always look forward to in a gym. My trainer takes personal interest in every single person and suggests exercise accordingly. I have been gyming for a long time now but now it actually makes a difference because I am being guided appropriately right from the exercise to the diet.
