★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i went to this outlet and was really surprised and shocked at the pathetic, rude and aboveall insulting behaviour of its employees. Though the proprieter Madam Akansha was not there. I went to purchase a phone for myself, so instead of focusing on the customer, they were interested on the phone which i had taken for buy back. On showing my working condition mobile set, which i am using from last 2-3 years, they opened up and started to take out faults in my mobile, as its a repaired set and then making fun of it. I said look this phone is being used by me & have never been opened up. To which instead of apologising both the employeed started arguing. On asking them to make me speak to their proprieter, they just gave her all wrong information. Now I really do not understand what people get out it. They hv lost a customer forever. Also a negative image will be passed on to many other people too. My sincere request to all please do not visit this store in near future. We many outlets to buy a mobile handset. Lets BOYCOTT them, these people think they are only people to sale mobile handsets in whole Ghaziabad/ Indirapuram. I am also going to narrate this instance to SHIPRA MALL authorities even. Thanksss!!!...
