I've bought a 24k gold 10gm bar from them this March. During my purchase, everyone in the shop were just busy with the phone. No, one was there to attend the customers. Inspite of that, when I was purchasing, they were not accepting the payment via credit cards. God damm! how useless their customer service is.
But late I got the shock of my life.
Yes! They sell fake gold. I did hallmark matching from the other jeweler, he told it is duplicate hallmark and when he performed his gold testing (like smell, density test etc) it was definitely not a genuine quality. He told, as 24k gold it was way too less and when he added a drop of acid, he figured it was mixed with copper.
When, I told the whole stuff to them, those hooligans began to fight and even pushed me outside the shop. They are such thughs. Especially that Sagar gupta, who began screaming and abuse when those barbarians/thugs where pushing me outside. They also, later send me death threats if call the police to intervene.
I would request everyone, to not buy gold from these thughs!
Please this is a very genuine request!..

Designs are very good and you can find the jewellery ad per your need. You can also get the jewellery customized as you want.
Staff is very courteous and I always had fabulous experience.
Just make sure that you get your four wheeler get parked in the parking area otherwise you can get two wheeler park outside.
Overall always recommended.
