★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd grade products with 3rd grade after sales service. We are into this business since last 7 years but have not come across such horrible service. We could not get help to reset one of our customer's Zicom DVR, call center keeps us waiting, support email does not respond.
We have lost many of our valuable customers suggesting/selling them Zicom products. It's always better to spend a little more and buy hikvision and cp+ products for their best after sales services.
