★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zila parishad office don't support his employee working in BDO office.
They do not know that the new Technical Assistant appointed on contract basis or in other policies.
Even they do not support new technical Assistant when directorate office take wrong decision(withdraw contract notification and implement cancelled 2008 policy on new Technical Assistant after 1 year of recruitment).
ZP do not questions director office on this decision.

Post:-Technical Assistant (level 3)
Post Qualification:- polytechnic diploma 3year or B.tech(civil engineering)
Salary:-5500rs/month (less then panchayat chokidar 6500rs/month)
Director office and zila parishad office destroy the future of new Technical Assistant and degrade their post and qualification by this decision.
