★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaccessible, arrogant and rude, most unbecoming attitude towards senior veterans, the DSWO is not available, and the boy kept to attend phone calls is not respectful towards the caller, speaks as if he's doing a favor, the office clerk, Mr Mishra is the only decent person there, but in his absence one can't expect anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could find this place easily with a help of location I was told by a colleague and then over a phone call. This is Zila Sainik Welfare Board for all ex-servicemen from Noida and Greater Noida. It issues ESM I-cards, issues domicile certificate for ESM and their wards and all the necessary help required by retired soldiers. It is one point contact between the state government and retired soldiers settled in the area. It is one hall small office consisting of one officer and 4 staff. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
