★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well constructed new building of Zilla Parishad. It is also called as Mini Mantralay. Situated inside the city and easily reachable by Auto or private Vehicle. Not too far from city Bus Depot. Three-story building. Cleanliness is required. Most of the washrooms are locked.
