★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a bus from manali to delhi had to get off at chandigarh due to urgent health issue in family.
I forgot a bag in the bus but the customer care kept saying sorry and to file a police complaint since the bus was searched and the bag nowhere to be found.
No passenger is going to take anybody's bag in a bus at 6 am when they get off the bus after a 16 hour journey so definitely the staff or cleaning crew took the bag.
It is sad that they did not let me talk to the conductor or bus driver both who were very good.
The customer care did not even share their number with me so that I could ask them myself.
Our personal details are shared with these people buy why the double standard.
I under stand and accept my mistake of forgetting the bag, so why can they not accept their mistake of stealing the bag.
My peers and I will never get in another zingbus again and I will personally make sure I inform this to everyone I meet.
Unless we speak up the indian standards are always going to be on a lower side and.
