★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Bought bag for Rs 1600/- . Just after one week of usage the zip of the bag spoiled. Gave it for repair. After repair found he put a ordinary zip with silver color hook which not matching the other hooks of the bag.
Now the handle also torn and this bag is in total loss. He is not willing to repair, replace or reimburse as he says there is no guarantee on imported bags but I know is totally local make .
