★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place to get an old suitcase repaired as its base support had broken. The guy told me he'd get it fixed in 4 days. However, when I finally got it, after making several follow up calls to him, a good 10 days had passed.
The work was really simple and hence I don't know why it took him so long. The rate was reasonable, so no complaints on that front.
I'm not sure I'd use his services again.
