V bad .the cable operator also cut off my connection when i cut his money as out of a month i did not get cable for a week n so now he has 3 weeks money n tv facility given for two week .pure blackmail .MD cable in sec 37 .tried calling zippytel n no switched off .DEN was definitely better.thinking of switching to airtel .wonder if they take their set top box back n refund money

Stay without cable but don't take ZippyTel services. They are cheater. I had den connection but one fine day my cable operator changed the set top box without informing me.I had never heard this name ZippyTel. What a funny name.In fact I called Den customer care and scolded them for poor service without realizing that ZippyTel have nothing to do with Den. ZippyTel have no proper customer care. I am running behind them for last ten days to fix my problem but of no use. I don't have time otherwise I would have filed a case against them in cunsomer court!! Poor...Worst..Pathetic.. Nonsense are few synonyms for ZippyTel.

Zippy tel is service provider of DEN Cables in noida sector 10. Sometime they don't pick call but you can direct visit zippy tel office at D177, Sector 10, Noida 201301.and zippy tel office staff very supporting.

They don't know how to talk to their customers. Their customer care number never works. Worst Cable Operator I have ever dealt with. I am going to switch to a different operator immediately. advise everyone to stay away.

In simple word, you don't deserve one star, you guys are playing with customers money. You are even not bother to pick customers call. I am from gaur City, 5th Avenue, Noida extension, the person name Mukesh is very rude, they don't know to talk and listen customers call. What a service :) After several follow up, they takes the package payment and Cabel not activated yet, So disappointed, guys please not use zippytel service they are very bad in customer handling, zippytel using local vendors and zippytel look not have any control.

Very poor customer handling. Never keep up time, makes you wait for the whole day. And shows up attitude like customer is begging for their service. Mind you zippytel, market is having lot other better options at doorsteps. Keep continue the same way, your end is sooner.

Bad service before 1 month they will cut our cable connection. Customer care will be not pick a call Bad service. The person will take the money (fee) from us But still not working unhappy with this service. That person's no. Has been switched off we want to do claim.

Don't go for zippytel ever. Pathetic service. They take payment in advance and then don't give us the channels we have opted for. Its basically a waste of time and money. In the last month around 9-10 times for about 6-8 hours the cable was not there. And the worst part is the customer service. Everytime the cable goes I have to make atleast 25 - 30 (I have proof) calls after which I don't get a satisfactory response. The customer team is very rude. Leading the way for them is their owner Mr. Ajit. First of all he doesn't pick up calls and later on uses abusive language on WhatsApp. Just one word "PATHETIC"
