★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is tiny and they don't have as much of a collection as the others. There's an offer running all the time but apart from that, I'd suggest to visit one of their larger flagship stores or just shop online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to buy 2 products then sales lady said if you buy two, additional 2 products are free but after billing i came to know that all products were just discounted, not other 2 were free. I ended up paying 4 products with higher bills. (I just wanted 2 bras) this is totally fraud. I wish I could know that lady name and I would name it here. Be careful when shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consultants of the place were very unprofessional. I was wedding shopping over there and none of them bothered to answer our queries. Felt very uncomfortable, took my business somewhere else where there is good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will get best collection here with variety. What I will suggest is go for online Zivame instead of offline as while returning and exchange it will be problematic and eill create hustle for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the store is small and often don't have stock but they help you with your fitting and help order online. In case of issues with refunds or return they are very helpful and accomodating. The store is in commercial Street. There is one more in indiranagar although I prefer the one in commercial Street because of good customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What experience ever, the sales named Jyothi is cheating everyone here, why isn't zivame taking any action? She tells server is busy and will send the bill in WhatsApp but she never does forget about that she puts legs upon and sit in the store no respect to the customer , she will be busy playing games in the store, she's cheating everyone, she gives used (bra) and if cross questioned she doesn't respect us , being upset in the old store in the lane of westside in commercial visited the new store in the main commercial Street she's there also, pls remove her else i think i need to switch brand, worst lady she is , they are products which is ordered in my registered phone number , which is not my size or not my address , how to trust u guys?? I've proff for all these, she even told me not to buy in the store but during the lockdown there will be more discount given when bought from her personally but again for cheated . Hope u change the sales person Jyothi because customers aren't getting any respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got caught up with fraud , cheating & clear lie. The sales lady told that if you buy 3 products, the other 3 are completely free. After billing got to know that all the products were already at 50% discount. Also,I tried a product (bra) and the one she packed had no tag on it, pack was stapled and saw this after reaching home. She shared the bill online sometime after the payment was done. She told us that products are non returnable and can't be exchanged due to corona while we were leaving the shop.
I even asked her that store is promoting 50% discount, to which she said that you will get the discount only after you make multiple (more than 3) purchases. I got to know the reality after checking bill and prices online. I also read the similar review posted here an year ago. I will ensure this time that I am the last customer who suffered this cheating from this store. Hope Zivame authorities are reading this and strict action is taken. More sale doesn't mean cheating, manipulating and misguiding.
