★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited Zivame store, Viviana Mall,Thane on 1st Feb 2022. As soon as I entered the sales lady told us there is an offer by 3 and 2 free (highest price of 3 will be charged and 2 low price item will be free),
Where as outside the store there were offer hoardings stating upto 60% off.
So when the sales
girl said the above mentioned offer she forced me to by 2 more products (bra).
She didn’t mention that i can buy 3 and still avail the discount.
When she was doing the billing she asked to buy 1 more panty set and said its free for you as the bill amount is crossing the threshold.
When I saw the bill there was upto 50% off for all the products
Which made me feel cheated by Zivame.
I went back again to check with her and the lady proved that Zivame salesperson cheated me
We have a law in our country right to customer’s information which highlights that there should be transparency, I hope your team is aware about it and the sales person are trained accordingly.
