The professionals are well trained and have adequate equipments to give you a healthy and better lifestyle and makes your life a healthier one. To relax yourself they have a spa facility(free of cost). With amazing machines, lighting and great music system it just boosts the environment around you and makes you do your workout in an effective manner. Also it has longer *opening hours* compared to any gym in the town. I’ve seen great changes in myself under the trainers I’ve trained here.And the best thing is it’s very economical and that makes it the best in town place for all your health and fitness solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is awesome. You need to choose the time according to your needs as the gym is open for relatively longer hours when compared to any nearby gym. The trainers and assistant trainers are very polite and helpful. The maintenance is up to the mark as any fault in the equipments are addressed as soon as possible. Evenings are quite crowded as most of the people get free time during the 5-9 pm slot. There is biometrics to ensure that only gym members gets access to the gym. The steam bath is available on Sundays in 2 slots for male and one slot for women on Saturdays. The washroom is clean and also has a seperate shower cubicle if one needs it.
