★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for this property. The owner of the property and his whole family stays in the ground floor. If you party in your room or park somewhere else, the owner's son will come to your room and threaten you to throw you out of property in the middle of night and zolo does not care about this. So better stay out of this. Never go for it.

Cons:
Worst PG i have ever stayed in
Owner are the worst they are only after money
The don't return rent,they charged for painting charges for the room even though i stayed there only for 5 month's without any damage to the property in any way
It's been 2 months since i have left the flat and still didn't get my security deposit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unplanned interiors. Single/Private room Is actually not Single or Private. Though you have to pay single accommodation rent, it will still be shared with the room mates. There's only 1 restroom per room. No separate restroom for single accommodation walas!
