β β β β β The worst office for zoom car in the basement parking.. It's not parking place it's a driange canal.. We can't be there for 2 min also with that bad smell and mosquitoes.. And the main thing is the worst car given to me for the ride.. Taken Ford Figo in an worst condition.. Its having dents and scratches totally.. No proper wheel alignment and balancing for tyres.. The car odo meter shows 77000 kilometers and I think it's not even serviced properly.. Never choose this type of cars from them

β β β β β I have used zoomcar multiple times , everytime I have had a bad experience but I have continued using it thinking it will get better the next time and maybe I was unlucky but this doesnβt seem to stop and my last experience has by far been the worse.
I have been charged a 4000 rupees fine for damage for a previously excisting scratch. I had opted for a plan where I pick up the car in Delhi and drop in Jaipur. While picking up the car the operator made me take a video pointing out big distant scratches and due to it being Bright in the morning must have missed on this tiny scratch. On returning the car the operator firstly wasnβt in place , when I called zoomcar about it he came back and got irritated that I should have not called since he was just gone for a bit.(As if I knew when he had gone and when he would come back.)Now while seeing the video this part of the car is not covered hence he claims the car has got scratched. I reasoned with him on how this is cannot be a new scratch and it wasnβt my fault the operator had not covered this part as they prompt the video and should have the process to take their own videos or explain the entire protocol. He didnβt bother to listen and was very rude. Now they have charged INR 4000 for something I havenβt done. I called the call center who was ruder and said they canβt hear and I should call later , post that if you try the helpline the phone gets cut when you press 6 for the operator , I tried a million times.
Now the best part is fortunately I have another video which covers that part and the scratch is seen clearly. Now the app says pay Rs 4000 but the call center does not pick up , so I donβt know what to do.
Few other thing I would want to express -
1)Call center and car operators are as rude as it can get.
2)Pick up location as in the most deserted areas , unsafe for people traveling alone/girls at nigth. No warning is giving on this.
3)On my booking for mumbai to pune before I reached the pick up the app started the booking. Once I reach there I can see the car but they the app says it not in dock. They made me wait 1 hour to solve a glitch in the app. As usual operator wasnβt there and came after 20 mins.
4)On my last booking from Delhi to Jaipur before I reach the checklist was submitted on its own and trip has started.
Everytime there is something or the other which happens as it is a startup but the worse part is the arrogance and rudeness of the operators and call center.
Also zoomcar please get back to me to collect the proof and remove the claim of Rs 4000. I will never use the app again and hope more companies start this concept it india

They deducted βΉ2000 from my security amount.
For an old dent which was already there at the bumper.
You need good employees , They donβt even know how to talk with the customers.
There behaviour at the end of the trip was very rude.

β β β β β We planned 5 nights Jaipur-Jodhour-Udaipur road trip because we were getting a zoomcar for 8.8K (independence day offer) in Sept 2019. On the day of pick up, 20 mins before start time, I got a call stating that the car I ordered met with an accident that very morning and they couldn't provide a car to me. Here is the QA of what happened:
Q. So, do you have a replacement car?
A. No, we don't have any. The next available booking is on 15th and we can't provide a car before that.
Q. Can you provide any other alternative?
A. No, I'm sorry. Nothing can be done. We will initiate refund.
Q. I'll need my refund obviously but what do I do now? The plan was created assuming we would have a car to drive around. Can you book us a package in Ola/Uber?
A. No, sorry but we don't have any such services.
After this I cut the call. Eventually the plan derailed by 3 hours and we had to book car package from the hotel for 15.7K for the entire duration.
Now, I don't know how frequent this happens with others but this was my first time and if the company cannot keep a backup option in such scenarios, then I'm afraid such scenario may happen again with anyone else.

β β β β β Pathetic service . They always charge you extra even if you r not responsible for that. If u choose to drive by zoomcar book your for extra 2hrs as u will need that time to argue with their costumer service to find the car to do all that things and in the end get ready for something that will blow ur mind and will make your trip wrost. They are just making money with zero costumer satisfaction.

β β β β β Zoom car making fool there costomers no satisfaction with zoom car my security amount still pending from last 40 days whenever I'll contect with zoom car CC team they said sir plzz wait for few days ur amount will credit very soon . Now zoomcar call center no. Is switched off I email them 4 to 5 time bt did not any reply ..for my opinion do not book zoom car in future they making fool and earning money...nothing else...
