None of the cars were delivered on time !!
We waited for more than an hour at the airport
Additionally, the staff at Zoom specially Mr. Mahesh was not at all helpful with the delayed coordination.
Not only did he talk inappropriately, but also refused to pay immediate heed to the issue!
The drivers were not responsive and so was the entire staff at Zoom!
Unacceptable service and behavior !
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ANY COST !
