★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. The car stops in the midway.Ignition didn't work . They can immobile any time with out informing you even many hours before your scheduled time .And the customer service is worst .they just do nothing.
So better try some thing different. Never try zoom car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condition of the cars were good. Although the rent was on a bit expensive side the ride was great. No problems faced during checking-in and checking out. It was super quick. Also the biggest plus point there are no deposits you have to pay. The staff were helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend it if you want to rent a car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a negative star rating I would have given that also. Worst experience from zoom car. I had a zoom car booking for 7 seater scorpio and the vehicle got cancelled by zoom car at the last moment. They offered me a 5 seater car as no other 7 seater vehicle were availabe with them. I had to do last minute changes to my plan and finally cancelled my zoom booking. My suggestion for zoom car is inform customer before hand and don'nt do any last minute cancellation.
This was my first experience with zoom car & it turned out to be the worst one.

With my family but after reading all the comments . I had just uninstalled the app .
Overall the app reviews scenario clarified that .
It would be better if we buy a car and paying loan amount rather than renting it from zoom app .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I have finished a short pickup and drop service for a day. Vehicle and service seems prompt. But strange billing against their policies. Although I followed time and distance constraints as per the package chosen as well as handed their vehicle in as it was condition rather eligible for fuel refund of Rs. 511 they sent be the bill of showing outstanding amount of Rs. 13277/- (shocking). I have registered complaint through their app. Still waiting for corrected bill and refund.
