★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Booked for delivery & pickup service which was smooth. The car was dirty from inside & outside, as if it came straight from someone else’s trip.
On the return I was asked 2000 for a damage repair which was definitely there before I started my trip. I always make a video before delivery and that helped me in this situation. Luckily I got the booking with zero deposit and didn’t pay them a penny afterwards. Customer care tried calling me several times but when I showed them the video they immediately closed my case.
Don’t book with them. They were doing a great job several years back but now they are doing great at fooling & cheating.

I book car on zoom car app and make payment but they did not deliver the car on time and when i am try to contact customer service their executive put my call on hold and disconnect my call. and when i am try to cancel booking they say it not able to cancel very bad service please do not book car on zoom car for rentals

Zoomcar is running a scam more than a car rental service. They book the cars on their app and just an hour or even less before delivery time they call up to say they are out of cars. It's better to boycott such platforms who repeatedly let you down. It's not a service deficiency but a model that is built to charge for bookings, hold the money for a few days and then return it and wash their hands off. Well, your hands are full of inconvenienced customers losing on time, energy, and money for the interim, Zoomcar.
