I'm using zoom car services since last 2 years, I can say it's very cost effective and hassle free. I always enjoyed my zoom trip. For zoom car pricing 5*, for mobile app UI and UX 5*, but for their staff and services 3*
Mostly time they didn't clean the car. Last time, he took my car key and returns after 15 min. Baki sab badhiya h!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and me has took a Tata Tiago car from zoomcar yesterday. Even though we have submitted the car after the trip without any single scratch on the car. They are charging 10k from us for interior damages, of which we are unknown. They are not even replying to our issues over the app and from customer care number we are not able to reach them. Please avoid this zoomcar guys.

In first the security deposit of 3000/- is pending and in the other the penalty on Fastag is pending. NO reply at all from the various requests put on the App. and the mobile numbers and call center nos mentioned are all not reachable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. No board for the customers to even understand that it's a zoom car parking, no one to attend in case of any doubts or emergencies. No zoom car office nearby and the customer service is the absolute worst. Half an hour waiting time everytime we called while waiting there.
