★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! They run a scam by not handing over the car to you and then they ask you to cancel it from zoomcar. Zoomcar, however, has no provision like this and it doesn't even refund the money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZoomCar is one of the Self Drive Rentals.
1. The Garage (Pickup/Drop) place is usually very far, for my case I live in Beckbagan area and the Garage was 7.8kms away as per Google Maps.
2. The Trip will start from the garage so basically you lose the free kms, I lost 16+ kms for the purpose of pickup and drop of the car.
3. You would spend on reaching the place, bike parking facility is there in the compound.
4. The car condition was really bad. Sun shield was missing from the car, the air conditioning was bad and the vent airflow control was missing too, the side mirrors were damaged, the car showed engine maintenance sign, the alignment of wheels were not done.
5. My trip started at 11.00am I reached there before time but the ZoomCar person took 50 mins to give me the car.
To conclude never opt for ZoomCar, if Revv cars are available then get those as the formalities and handover of car by revv is much simpler and they deliver the car at address you choose without additional charge, the cars in revv are way better than of zoom.

DEVELOPER DON’T EVEN BOTHER RESPONDING IN AN APOLOGETIC MANNER I HAVE HAD ENOUGH EXPEREINCE TO KNOW YOUR COMPANY.
So first experience with Zoomcar
I make a booking and the price before booking is completely different from the amount charged . They completely changed the invoice by removing the refundable deposit and increasing doorstep service fee from ₹49 to ₹1199 and increasing booking fee by ₹500 without ever showing that to me in any page before the payment . ( I have proof , tonnes of them )
Now you may ask why smart fraudsters?
Well that’s cuz they removed the refundable deposit without telling you so that your final payment despite exponentially high doorstep fee and increased booking fee is less than original quoted amount. So anyone would assume that they probably reduced the refundable deposit and go ahead with payment as no summary or invoice of changed amount is shown before payment is made thus making you pay almost 3 times the original price .
Messed up customer service , but why?
Well the call service has 0 power and connection with email service
The call centre representative ask you to mail them the proof and wait for 24hr-48hr(my car booking was within 36 hrs ) and the mail people never even respond , leave responding they not even an automated ticket number is sent to you .
There is no proof of your concern being raised and if you cancel they keep ₹200 or half your money or full your money if you wait for their divine mail response .
You have the worst , THE WORST customer service of any company .
If you want to keep my money keep it , JUST DONT FREAKING LIE ABOUT IT .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total fake company. Requesting all of you please read this before you perticipate in the zoom car host program and give your valuable car to Zoom Car rent. I stay in Bansdroni Kolkata and had given my Car Honda City ( WB68V5976) to Zoom car for rent on 11th February 2022. The customer who booked my car they sold my car to Kharda in a car workshop by 2 lakhs Rs when my car was under the booking of Zoomcar. I have repeatedly contact with Zoomcar but have not received any support from them not only that they have not reply my mail. With the help of Bansdroni thana I am able to get back my stolen car on 13/02/2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service and a company run by the frauds sitting over there, my car was taken by their executive and was not returned the whole night the next day had to go and rescue it from a place where it was just lying like a scrap. Third class management and third class service. Shut down your organisation if this is what you are providing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoomcar had taken my car on 11th February for the first time from my place at Bansdroni. On 12 February my car was sold in khardha By the customer of zoomcar. On 13 February I got to know the matter from the buyer of the car. The same day police from bansdroni police station rescued my car from Kharda. It is a big racket through Zoomcar app. I have complaint against zoomcar in police station. I have mailed zoomcar with cc to Kolkata police cyber crime department of Bansdroni P.S. Till now zoomcar haven't replied the mail and haven't taken any responsibilities for this matter. The channel news 18 Bangla have covered the news on television on 18th February. It is a big scam through zoomcar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst self driving platform....worst quality of cars they provide... customer care don't pick the calls.....they show fake pictures and km of car...this platform is cheating the customer by luring them by lower price...don't opt for it....nor recommended any one for using it....zoom car is about to bankrupt...they are just making useless false commitment....i have faced this problem ...m soo harraased...no call support nor any service....don't don't go for this ...make others aware
