★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh what a hidden gem this property is. It's for all the quiet nook seekers who want to get away from the rigmaroles of city life. It's 5 kilometres off road into the pine forest, from the main mashobra bazar accessible by a four wheel drive vehicle since the road is unpaved(the property has its own vehicle driven by an exceptional man, Mr Raju who is a local and a perfect guide for outsiders. Request the property beforehand for a ride from the main bazar). But this very quality keeps the noisy and the lazy tourists away. The resident dogs, Dugu and Kuro are always up for a hike through the numerous trails in the woods around the property. Take them with you on your hike because they know the best routes! The staff are courteous and helpful especially Atul, who made sure we had food all the time. It has untainted views of the shimla and sanjauli hills from all the rooms and is a perfect getaway for all those people who go to the hills for quiet fun!

Loved their hospitality. Special shout out to Mr. Atul who made our stay more comfortable. A short off road drive was an add on. Thankyou for the pleasant stay team Zostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place amazing place peaceful but there is no driver room here bad for driver and people here are amazing food quality amazing they did not provide me bonfire with other ppl and not also single i was expecting a great experience although i had but because of these few thing i cnt say totally amazing i cnt give number 10 out of 10 its 8 out of 10
1 extra number for myself because i love zostel homes❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are average. You need to off-road for about 5 km once you reach mashobra as the property is located deep in the forest. It take about half to and from the place which is quite exhausting. One or two staff members are cold and standoffish but there are also warm staff members who make your stay pleasant and memorable.

I had a great time there.
I stayed there for a week and i am already missing the place now.
If they can improve on wifi reception. This place is a complete five star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its located downhill in mashobra ,which is approx 12 km from shimla and has 5 km offroad downhill with no light in jungle. Driving will be tough unless you have a suv and you are a pro driver. Few parts of offroad are so tricky even trained driver would not be able to cross easily. They have a bolero which they send for pickup and drop so you can take service of that.
Staff except reception guy were helpful.
No arrangement for your driver to stay.
Best would be park your vehicle i mashobra and use their vehicle.

1 secluded location
2 no noise
3 greenery all around
4 they have two friendly dogs
5 food is very homely and less spicy
6service is quick
Cons
1 Rooms were average
2 Guests were drinking in the premise and owner had no control.
3 No arrangement for your staff
4 You wont get enough signals
5 washrooms were not good
6 there was a scorpion inside on the bed.
7 whole day, we were getting noise of water pump.
